If the document is in Word (Office Word 2007), use the word count tool in Microsoft Word.

If the document is in another format, send us the file and we will carry out a word count for you with no obligation.

We work with many different file types, including tagged files such as SGML, XML, HTML, XLIFF, and SDLXLIFF, in addition to OpenDocument files, simple text files, source code files such as Java and Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and some Adobe formats such as PDF, FrameMaker, InDesign, and InCopy.

Email us the .php, .html, or .htm files directly. We will maintain the same format during translation and deliver the translated files ready for you to upload them into your server.




Prices are based on the number of words, the difficulty of the subject, and the format of the text. Email us your files and we will send you a free quote immediately.
On our home page you will find a form and will be able to upload the file. Delivery dates depend on the size of the project. Listed below are our standard delivery times, which may be used for guidance:

  • Up to 500 words: 12 hours
  • 1000 to 2000 words: 36 hours
  • Over 2000 words: 48 hours, at a rate of 2000 to 2500 words per day

For high-volume and urgent projects, we are able to set up groups of several translators working simultaneously.



Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Euro6000, American Express, Diners Card, and China UnionPay. All payments are made through our secure server.
  • Wire transfer
  • PayPal
It’s very simple: you can pay by credit card through our own secure server. If you prefer, we also accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer.

The standard payment term is 3 calendar days from receipt of the translated document, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

For new customers and orders over €100, a deposit is required upon confirming the order.
